Registration for coaches and teams in ALL divisions will be at the Giant Center. After coaches have been certified and have received team packets with credentials, coaches of non-qualifying level teams (6.0 judging) must proceed to the Hersheypark Arena to submit program music CD's at the music desk. Only music for IJS teams will be accepted at the Giant Center. ALL MUSIC MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

- Coaches are always curious about skaters getting on and off the ice:
ARENA, skaters will enter at the Players Bench Section 15 and Exit Players Bench Section 13 Giant Center, skaters will enter Section 116 and Exit Section 123. - JUDGES STAND IN BOTH ARENAS WILL BE ABOVE THE PENALTY BOXES.

Dear Team Managers and Coaches,
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for registering for the 2012 Eastern
Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships. Our plans are well under way and
excitement is building in Hershey for all the teams to arrive at the end of January!
We will have a total of 145 teams participating at this competition. As you know, events will take
place in two arenas. All non-IJS events will be held in the Hersheypark Arena,
and all IJS events will be held in the Giant Center. These two facilities are very close to
each other, just a large parking lot away. We will have the Hershey Trolley to shuttle
skaters and spectators between the two buildings if you do not wish to move your vehicles
during the day. It would be a long walk.
A few reminders at this time: Pre-order forms for event tickets, pins and programs (LOC Form A) are due this coming Thursday December 15th. All prices on this form are discounted from the prices that will be charged on the days of the event. So, hurry and get your orders in now. LOC Form A should be mailed to Lori Tully @ 2308 Abbey Lane Harrisburg PA 17112. Additionally, LOC Form D for Team Photos is also due on 12/15. If you want your team photo to appear in the Official Easterns program, please submit this form to Nancy Carfago @185 James Drive York, PA 17404.
